Concept Design
For a new project, RAD Collective can offer feasibility and early design services to translate program and project goals into a set of design documents and renderings that can be used for pricing, marketing, and funding purposes. Interactive and still visualization tools will be integrated and curated into the design process.
Architectural Design
With client approval, RAD Collective can develop the design with more details taking into other disciplines (structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and etc) as applicable and appropriate to each project.
The developed design can then be part of a technical or for construction drawing set that can be used for construction and/or permit purposes.
Project management services are integrated into the concept and architectural design services. Depending on the project, some small scale fabrication and models may be integrated to ensure the design is fully understood by all stakeholders.
During construction, construction administrative services can be offered to ensure the project is constructed and in alignment to the design intent, plans, and specifications.
Project Management
Program management services focus on overseeing and coordinating projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting client objectives, from initial planning to completion.
You may find that the project team’s bandwidth is limited or there are unforeseen complications in a project that may consider a certified project manager to be added to the project team.
With the globally recognized PMP certification, RAD Collective has access to the tools and techniques to get a project back on track and provide management services through to project completion.
The project management service is already offered as part of the concept and architectural design services.
